چکیده

To design a residential or commercial building with high energy performance that would be economical at the same time, an analysis was performed relates these two aspects of problem. The first aspect is focused on evaluation thermal multi-layered wall in order to achieve lowest consumption for heating and cooling. second covered choice materials (type, thickness price) so has possible construction costs, but best achieved comfort. three types external walls structure were analyzed this paper. highest values layer offered by manufacturer chosen their dynamic characteristics heat transfer calculated. following step perform optimization objective function, which defined unit price material per mass material, is, provided. genetic algorithm method used obtain optimal layers provided conditions.
